- In few cases, Engineers were deployed in BPO kind of support task
- Most of the companies used to have service bond or 3 months notice period
- 3 months notice period may be burden in switching job
- Average salary increment
What is the solution ?
Solution is to work logically and proactively from second year itself.
- Make a list of companies visiting your campus or in your preferred cities
- Identify well established companies based on foundation year
- Find Linkedin URL of the company and employees background
- Check about company founders or management team
- You can also find frequent job requirement in career page of the company
- Students can use Google sheet and do such work in a team
- Please remember your competition is not with your classmate or batchmate but at India level
- Try to get opportunity for internship in such companies instead of any public sector
