3 /-4 years of hands on experience in Networking/Cloud
We are looking for an exceptionally strong Network/Cloud System/Support Engineer with Japanese language proficiency of N4 or above.
Mandatory Skills:
- Japanese language proficiency N4 & above is essential
- 3 / 4 years of hands on experience in Networking/Cloud as a developer/qa/technical support engineering role
Required Skills:
- Good exposure to working with Linux operating system would be essential
- Testing experience will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Networking and Cloud concepts
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communications skills, both written and oral in English and Japanese
- Comfortable at multi-tasking
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Japanese clients
- Wiling to work in Japan time zone from India
- Participate in L2/L3 troubleshooting & analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Be part of a high-performance team and deliver under pressure
