Qualification
B.E/M.E/M.Tech: 0-2 Years of experience
Job Responsibilities
Development and testing of hardware products and systems.
Board bring up activities of new products and improvement of existing products.
Simulate analog and digital circuits.
Design, test and debug digital, analog circuits.
Conduct routine tests and troubleshoot problems relating to hardware.
Co-ordinate with Manufacturing and setup production and test setups
Hardware debugging, Hardware simulation, Hardware test automation
Schematic capture and tools, layout programs, Orcad, Mentor suite
Using DMM, CRO, function generator
Bare PCB analysis using current/voltage probes
Skills
Good knowledge in designing and testing of Analog and digital circuits.
Good knowledge about Power Supplies.
Know how of different communications UART, RS422, RS485, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, Ethernet
TCP/IP.
Good in using circuit simulators and analysis tools such as LTspice and PSPICE.
Good understanding of different product development stages, Manufacturing, Familiar with
board layout, schematic capture and simulation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere
2. Hardware Engineer- Level 2
Qualification
B.E/M.E/M.Tech: 2-6 Years of experience
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware products and systems.
Design and develop new products and as well update existing products.
Design, define, and simulate analog and digital circuits.
Conduct FMEAs and other failure analysis of Hardware Design.
Design, test and debug digital, analog circuits.
Assist and support CAD team or design team in schematic designs and developments.
Coordinate with software teams on designs and development of devices and systems.
Conduct routine tests and troubleshoot problems relating to hardware.
Co-ordinate with Manufacturing and setup production and test setups
Chip selection, Hardware debugging, Hardware simulation, Hardware test automation
Schematic capture and tools, layout programs, Orcad, Mentor suite
Using CRO, LA, function generator
EMI/EMC, Environmental and Safety testing and analysis
Design for Manufacturability, Thermal testing of hardware, Bare PCB analysis using
current/voltage probes
Skills
Excellent knowledge in designing Analog Circuits with different sensing designs using voltages,
current, pressure, etc.
Sound knowledge about architectural circuit design and different micro-controller circuit designs
Good knowledge in Power Supplies Designs and Charging Circuits
Know how of Signal integrity analysis
Sound Digital design skills and having design knowledge on different communications UART,
RS422, RS485, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, Ethernet TCP/IP.
Good knowledge in interfacing different Displays and Touchpads
Proficient in using circuit simulators and analysis tools such as LTspice and PSPICE.
Good understanding of different product development stages, Manufacturing and EMI/EMC,
Environmental and Safety Testing and Certifications.
Familiar with the latest hardware testing equipment, oscilloscopes and logic analyzer
Familiar with board layout, schematic capture, vendor interface analysis and simulation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
