ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the products thoroughly and in order to answer customer’s questions regarding the
products, resolve technical objections.
Understand the customer’s application in order to provide solution.
Supports the customer engineering team on product design and approvals.
Engage with engineering to develop new product for next generation designs.
Hold technical meeting and seminars for prospects and key account personnel
Develop Territory Plan in conjunction with management. Manage monthly to ensure goals and
initiatives are met by year-end.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Following are the prerequisites for this role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication
Engineering
4+ years of experience in Embedded and MCU development
Should be able to handle customer site issues, debug and extend technical support
Hands-On experience on SMPS, Street Light Driver, Solar Power, Power Adaptor design
F/W development using C/C++
MCU programming and development
System level understanding of target end-applications.
Ability to read, understand and review schematics and provide design recommendations is highly
desired

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Following are the prerequisites for this role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Effective communication (verbal & written) skills to engage & understand customer
requirement wrt to the role assigned.
Ability to engage with the interdepartmental verticals to efficiently manage the KPIs
3+ years of experience in design the PSU/relevant FAE experience (power conversion).
Should be able to handle customer site issues, debug and extend technical support
Hands-On experience on SMPS, Street Light Driver, EV charger, automotive segment, BLDC
FAN, smart meters, gate drivers & motor drives.
System level understanding of target end-applications.
Ability to read, understand and review schematics and provide design recommendations is highly
desired
