JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Circuit design, simulations, component selection and complete electronics hardware development for electronic products in Automotive (Electric Vehicles), Industrial. Responsible hardware design & development and also work with other engineers for PCB layout, board bring-up, test and characterization. Education and work experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering Work experience : 1 ~ 4 years of experience as hardware design engineer Language requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English communication. Skillset Requirements: Strong knowledge of active, passive components, deep understanding of the specification of ICs, component selection, circuit design, circuit simulation and analysis using tools such as PSPICE, MATLAB and Simulink. Exposure to PCB design software such as Altium Designer / Cadence / Allegro / KiCAD for schematic entry.
A strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles is crucial, including knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, control systems. Familiarity with embedded system for motor drive design, including exposure to microcontroller programming, and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and FlexRay. Hands on experience with board test, debug and verification using MSOs, logic analyzers, and other lab equipments. 2: Senior Hardware Testing Engineer
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PCBA and system level bring up, test, debug, characterization and documentation for electronic products from Industrial and Automotive segments. Responsible for Test Coverage, Quality, Test Efficiency and Lab equipment utilization and time to market. Will be reporting to the Lead Hardware design engineer of application engineering team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, LANGUAGE AND SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS:
Education and work experience: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering Work experience : 5 to 10 Years [At least 1~2 years in testing and characterization of Industrial / Automotive PCBAs] Language requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English communication. Spoken Hindi is an advantage. Skillset Requirements:
A strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles is crucial, including knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, control systems, and high speed designs. Knowledge of battery technology, including familiarity with battery chemistry, performance characteristics, and safety considerations, knowledge on Motor drive systems and system level EMIEMC aspects. Education and work experience: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering Work experience : 5 to 10 Years for Senior role [At least > 3 years in product design of Industrial / Automotive end applications] Language requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English communication. Spoken Hindi is an advantage. Skillset Requirements: A strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles is crucial, including knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, control systems, electromagnetic theory, High speed design and RF. Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes is important, including knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles and design for Excellence (DFx).
